ART THERAPY
I use Art Therapy principles to help you access that right-brain wisdom inherent in your visual processing. No, you don't need to be creatively inclined--this is about process not product. Through the use of symbols, metaphors, and unspoken messages, art can be an unexpected window into the expression of psychological and emotional needs.


COGNITIVE BEHAVIORAL THERAPY
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) examines the intersections of our thoughts, feelings, and actions. By identifying thinking errors we can work to challenge and replace those thoughts, thereby changing dysfunctional patterns or behaviors. CBT is solution focused and it encourages individuals to play an active role in change-making.
DIALECTICAL BEHAVIOR THERAPY
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) focuses on gaining therapeutic skills in the areas of Mindfulness, Emotion Regulation, Distress Tolerance, and Effective Communication. DBT provides the tools to handle what's hard and the path to get your needs met.


PERSON CENTERED THERAPY
This modality is founded in unconditional positive regard, acceptance, and caring. I am a genuine listener that will hear you and reflect with you using empathetic understanding. Person Centered Therapy builds an environment of safety where you can express and process emotions openly.
